I'm not sure what is wrong exactly, but the likeliness of 4 ESCs going bad simultaneously is extremely slim. I'd rule that out for the time being. I had an issue like this where the looptime was too low or the escs didn't like beta one or the other. Changed back to 1.11 or something stable with 1200 looptime and was good.
